Having built an extensive experience in multiple markets around the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and the United States, Nayla created Xpand Now to bring her solid know-how in business consulting, financial advisory and strategic planning to businesses that aim to expand locally and internationally.
Nayla Yared
Founder
Nayla is a Founding Partner of Xpand Now.
Nayla's professional experience includes Engineering, Marketing and Business Development for a multinational company, Alcatel-Lucent. She founded, owned and managed a number of businesses in the art sector and founded and co-owned an art gallery.
She also volunteered her time with various organizations. She served as president of non-profit organizations in education, arts, civic engagement and social welfare.
She presently volunteers as a business mentor with SCORE (www.score.org).
Nayla majored in computer engineering and is certified in marketing communication.
Her skills and experience include, Business Development & Strategy, Financial Advisory, Business & Marketing Planning, Due Diligence & Private Placement Memorandum and Market Analysis.
She worked among others with real-estate, technology, hospitality, restaurants, retail, transportation and the food industry.
Nayla is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Portuguese and basic Spanish.
Nayla obtained a certificate of Artificial Intelligence: Implication for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Nada Yared
Founder
Nada Yared is a Founding Partner of Xpand Now. She has over 20 years of consulting experience.
Nada was the Chief Operating Officer of ECE Capital, an investment bank based in Lebanon and operating in the Middle East and Europe. Nada has extensive experience in various industries including real estate, industrial, health, transport, banking and financial services, and hospitality sectors. She was team leader for numerous development projects in cooperation with UNDP, World Bank, USAID and European Commission, in the United Stated, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.
Nada holds an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington.
Her skills include business planning, corporate finance, strategic planning, business development of SMEs and financial advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, and fund structuring.
Nada is trilingual, she is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
