Nayla is the Founding Partner of Xpand Now, where she delivers senior‑level expertise in financial advisory, strategic planning, and business development to growth‑focused companies and investors.

Earlier in her career, Nayla worked in engineering, marketing, and business development with Alcatel‑Lucent, and later founded and managed businesses in the art sector. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective on operations, growth, and strategy — which she now applies to her financial advisory and Fractional CFO work.

Over the course of her career, Nayla has built a strong track record in financial advisory, helping businesses raise capital, structure loans, prepare investor and lender materials, and implement disciplined financial strategies that drive profitability and growth. She has worked across industries including real estate, technology, hospitality, restaurants, retail, transportation, and food services.
Beyond her professional career, Nayla has been deeply engaged in community leadership, serving as president of nonprofit organizations in education, arts, civic engagement, and social welfare. She continues to give back as a business mentor with SCORE.
Nayla holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a certification in Marketing Communication and Finance, and she earned a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Portuguese (with working knowledge of Spanish), Nayla brings a global perspective to every engagement, helping businesses secure capital, expand strategically, and thrive in competitive markets.
Nada Yared
Founder
Nada Yared is a Founding Partner of Xpand Now. She has over 20 years of consulting experience.

Nada was the Chief Operating Officer of ECE Capital, an investment bank based in Lebanon and operating in the Middle East and Europe. Nada has extensive experience in various industries including real estate, industrial, health, transport, banking and financial services, and hospitality sectors. She was team leader for numerous development projects in cooperation with UNDP, World Bank, USAID and European Commission, in the United Stated, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.

Nada holds an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington.

Her skills include business planning, corporate finance, strategic planning, business development of SMEs and financial advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, and fund structuring.

Nada is trilingual, she is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
