In the age of Generative AI

As a business consultant focused on SMEs, I'm concerned about the growing gap between small businesses and big corporations. The large companies have significant financial resources, allowing them to effectively integrate AI into their strategies and operations, giving them a disproportionate competitive advantage.

I am currently taking a MIT Sloan class: Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. My objective is to understand how small businesses can use and implement AI in key areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, and forecasting, despite having limited resources.

Personally, I use Generative AI in my work for tasks such as generating ideas or outlines, editing texts, replying to emails as well as conducting research.
